 | Millenium Screen(under refurbishment) | Measuring an impressive 6ft by 25ft the Culm Valley Millennium Screen is a modern 'tapestry' – a stunning display of mixed media portraying the life and landscape of the five local villages of Clayhidon, Hemyock, Culmstock, Uffculme and Willand that lie on the banks of the River Culm. Originating from an idea from local men Jonathan Meads and Peter Reed, the Millennium Screen was created as one of five projects to celebrate the Millennium and create a lasting snapshot of the Culm Valley for future generations. |
